Reservations

After your online booking, your e-ticket and chauffeur details are sent instantly to your email and WhatsApp. Verification takes about 30 seconds; once your card is approved, your reservation becomes active.
We recommend at least 4 hours ahead. During high season (May–October), booking 24 hours in advance secures vehicle availability. For urgent needs, message us on WhatsApp and we will try to find a vehicle within 1 hour.
Yes — up to 3 intermediate stops can be added free of charge during booking. For more stops, we recommend the hourly hire package, which is usually more cost-effective.

Airport Meet & Greet

Right after baggage claim at the exit gate, holding a sign with your name. The exact gate is also stated in your confirmation email.
No. We track your flight in real time; even if it's delayed, your chauffeur will be there waiting. The first 60 minutes are free, and we wait beyond that without charging extra.
Standard allowance is 1 large + 1 carry-on per passenger. For more luggage, leave a note during booking and we will arrange a larger vehicle (Vito or Sprinter).

Payment & Refunds

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer (Turkish Lira and EUR/USD/GBP). Monthly invoicing is available for corporate accounts.
Cancellations up to 6 hours before transfer receive a 100% refund. Cancellations within 6 hours incur a 50% fee. No-shows are non-refundable. Tours and balloon packages are refundable up to 24 hours in advance.
Tipping is entirely up to you. If you're satisfied, you may tip your chauffeur; it is not included in the price and goes directly to the chauffeur.

Tours & Activities

Each tour page lists exactly what's included and excluded. In general: private vehicle, licensed guide, and museum entry fees (where stated) are included; lunch and optional activities are usually extra.
Of course. Just send us your desired stops and duration via WhatsApp or the contact form; we will price it as an hourly hire or private tour package. Licensed guide, museum entry handling, and restaurant reservations are all included.

Special Needs

All three types are available: infant (0–12 months), adjustable (1–4 years), and booster (4–10 years). Just leave a note during booking; no extra charge.
Yes, we have wheelchair-accessible Sprinter vehicles with ramps. If you indicate this when booking, we will assign the appropriate vehicle. The same process applies whether traveling alone or with a companion.
Yes. Small pets (in a carrier) travel free of charge; for medium-to-large dogs, please leave a note during booking so we can match the right vehicle. Please carry the pet's health record with you.
